I’ve been the expat navigating a new culture, the high achiever pushing my limits, and the professional seeking leadership in an environment where career growth wasn’t clear-cut.

🔹 I’ve lived it. Moving abroad, adapting to new professional landscapes, and trying (and failing) different strategies to climb the ladder. I eventually made it—but now I know I could have done it much faster and healthier.

🔹 And I paid the price. Pushing myself beyond limits led to burnout and serious health issues, forcing me to rethink everything I believed about success and achievement.
